SHIPPING & SALES TAX

FREE SHIPPING
For first time customers on orders of $30 or more.  Valid for one time use per household. Must enter promo code WELCOME at check out.  
Offer applies to U.S. orders only.  Shipped via regular ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available at extra charge.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time according to official UPS or USPS rates. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and the
distance your order is being shipped. You will have the option to choose 2nd, 3rd, or next day delivery at an additional charge. Your order
total will be automatically updated to reflect the shipping rate you choose.

SHIPPING TIME
Our goal is to process and ship your order as soon as possible, within 24 hours of receipt at the latest. We ship our orders via USPS or UPS.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships allowing you to check on the delivery status of your order.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Orders selected for next-day shipping that are placed before 1pm WT will ship the same day. If you select the next day on Friday, please be
advised that your order package will not be delivered until Monday.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take
this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

DELAYS
We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.                                         

SALES TAX
The Sales Tax will be added for all orders shipped to and within the state of California at the appropriate rate. For international orders,
customers are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes, including duties.                                  

RETURN POLICY

Cosetta hopes you are happy with your purchases. If, for any reason, our products do not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept your
timely* return or exchange. *Must be postmarked within 14 days of when your order was shipped to you.

All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending the item(s) back. A request to return or exchange an item
must be made within 10 days of when the item(s) were shipped to you via concierge@shopcosetta.com. Returned item(s) must be unused,
untagged, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition, with all
components, including but not limited to: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, dust bags, cases and gift boxes. Customers are
responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us.

Complete the return form (enclosed with your purchase) with the return number (RA#) issued by us. Return the items within 14 days of when
your order was shipped to you. If the item(s) returned are postmarked after 14 days and/or the above conditions have not been met, we will
not accept any merchandise for return and the item will be returned at a cost to the customer.

Once we receive your return, we will process refund or exchange within 5 business days. A refund or exchange will be issued subject to all
conditions being met in the original form of payment. The appropriate shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
